The Structural System Is Designed As A Masonry Wall.The Object Is Followed By Additional Objects So-03.2 Fencing And So-03.3 Furniture And Vegetation.So-04 Traffic Communication (Newly Proposed Local Communication According To Act No. 13/1997 Coll., Act On Land Transport) And Parking (On The Land Parcel No. 671/2, 672/5, 727/37):Asphalt-Concrete Two-Way Road With A Length Of 131.0 M And A Width Of 5.6 M (Locally 4.3 M Due To Collisions With Networks). It Is Connected To Road Iii/04821 By Extending The Existing Exit. It Is Part Of An L Type Interchange, Which Is Followed By A 33.0 M Long And 3.5 M Wide Road For Izs Technology Made Of Grass Paving. The Parking Lot At The End Of The Traffic Road Offers 16 Vertical Parking Spaces (Grass Paving), Including 2 Parking Spaces For Ztp (Lock Paving) And 2 Parking Spaces With A Charging Station For Electric Cars. An Area For Containers (Containers For Municipal And Separated Waste) Is Designed On The Shoulder Of The Turning Point.So-03.1 Paved Areas For Pedestrians (On Plot No. 672/5, 727/37): Walkways Made Of Interlocking Pavement Connecting The House With The Parking Lot, Including A Leveling Concrete Staircase. Gutter Sidewalks (Kačírek), Concrete Steps And Terraces Made Of Concrete Paving Are Designed Around The House. Drainage Is Solved By A Transverse Slope To The Terrain.So-03.2 Fencing: A New Fence Will Be Installed On The North Side Of The Apartment Building. The Existing Fencing On The North And West Sides Of The Building Will Be Removed.So-03.3 Furniture, Vegetation: The Planting Of Mature Deciduous Trees Is Proposed At The So-01 Apartment Building And Along The New So-04 Road. These Trees Fulfill An Aesthetic Function And At The Same Time Ensure The Shading Of Facades And Paved Surfaces, Thereby Actively Preventing Overheating Of The Microclimate (Protection Against The Heat Island Effect). At The Building So-01 Bytový Dům, New Bushes Are Proposed To Be Planted Between The Terraces. Shrubs Will Be Used To Optically Separate The Terrace Areas And Maintain Greater Privacy.Utility Networks:So-06 Public Water Supply - Extension: In Order To Increase Capacity And Ensure Sufficient Pressure Inthe Extension Of The Public Water Supply Line (On Plot No. 727/13, 726/13, 703/2, 727/12, 727/38, 727/37) Ending With An Underground Double-Acting Hydrant Is Proposed In The Locality.The Extension Of The Public Line Will Ensure The Development Of The Given Locality.So-02.1 Water Connection: The Connection To The Apartment Building Is A New Water Connection Connected To So-06. The Connection Ends Behind The Perimeter Wall Inside The Building - In The Wheelhouse.So-02.2 And So-02.3 Deal With Connection To Public Lv Networks And Telecommunications. The Connection To Energy And Connections Is Not Addressed By This Project.Water Management Solution:So-02.4 Rainwater: The System Includes An Accumulation Tank With A Volume Of 23.9 M3 For Water From So-01 Roofs (Use For Watering). Water From So-04 Traffic And Parking Is Pre-Cleaned In A Light Liquid Separator (Lapol) And Then Accumulated In An Accumulation Tank With A Volume Of 13.9 M3 (Used For Irrigation). All Water (Including Purified Water From The Wwtp) Is Led Into A Retention Tank With A Volume Of 19.4 M³ With A Regulated Outflow Of 1.76 L/S Into The Local Watercourse Zbojičný.Wwtp System (So-05): Wastewater Management Is Divided Into Three Parts:So-05.1 Removal Of The Wastewater Treatment Plant Of The Kindergarten: Removal Of The Existing, Technologically Inadequate Wwtp Of The Nursery School, Which Is Primarily Located In Direct Collision With The Route Of The New Road So-04. So-05.2 Waste Water Treatment Plant – Kindergarten: New Domestic Sewage Treatment Plant For A Kindergarten, Dimensioned According To Current Standards And The Real Capacity Of The Facility.So-05.3 Waste Water Treatment Plant – Bd: Separate Waste Water Treatment Plant Designed Exclusively For The Disposal Of Sewage From The New So-01 Apartment Building.
