Given That All The Information Generated And Collected By The Ministerial Services And Systems Is Stored In Some Type Of Database, The Objective Of The Requested Contract Is To Have A Database Administration Service With Two Modalities Of Attention, Remote And In-Person, That Allows Guaranteeing The Administration, Maintenance, Monitoring And Operational Continuity Of The Oracle, Ms Sql Server And Postgresql, And Mysql Databases, And Comply With The Information Security Policies Of The Ministry Of Public Works. In Addition, Deliver Sla Service Levels In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Mop And The Best Practices In The Industry.The Awardee Must Ensure, Through The Formation Indicated In Point 4.12 Of These Bt, A Work Team That Has Each And Every One Of The Technical Certifications, Which Allow Having A Database Platform: Stable, Controlled, Available And Documented.
