Supply Of supply of lt outdoor type. , design & supply of lt outdoor type double door panel board having 63- amp, 4pole mccb,16 ka as in coming and 8 nos 32a mcb dp,10ka as outgoing complete with voltmeter, ammeter, copper bus b ar and other allied accessories. the outdoor lt outdoor type double door panel board shall be fabricated wi th following specifications: general construction: is: 8623:93 amended up to date, degree of protection: ip- 54, crca sheet material, thickness: 2.0 mm for load bearing members & 1.6 mm for doors, frame work: m s angle/channel size- 75 mm x 4.8 mm (approx), compartment: suitable space (compartment) for incomin g switch nears/outgoing switch nears (mccb,mcb), bus duct, bus couplers, arrangement for incoming /outg oing cable: provision of (i) cable alley with supporting arrangement. (ii) removable gland plate, cable term nation block: should be made from un breakable fire retardant material. metal parts- copper alloys. bus-b ars: bus-bar shall be made of copper current carrying capacity 100a, insulation: pvc sleeves with colour c ode(rybn) suitable for 660v, support: class -f insulator. should be non hygroscopic, non-combustible ,trac k resistant and high strength either from frp/smc/dmc material, bus-bar separation: minimum gap of 32 m m between phase to earth earthing: 2 nos 20x3 mm copper strip for lt panel up to 400amp & 20x5 mm co pper strip for higher capacity shall be fixed all around the panel connected to 2 nos earth bus copper strips connected to incoming conductors. circuit breakers: mccb - as per is/iec 60947-2, ics=100%icu, mcb- as per is: 60898-1 in coming: mccb 63a, 4 pole, 16 ka-01 no, volt meter & ammeter-01 no each. out going: mcb 32a dp, c-curve,10ka-08 nos misc: provision for lifiting lug, locking arrangement, suitable ventilation louvers, danger board etc to be provided.panel shouid be confirming to cee:s spefication. drawing is to be approved by sr.dee(g)ckp before supply of material. inspection to be done by the consignee.
