For Safe Use. The Scope Of Work Includes The Renovation Of Three Gate Valves (Two Bottom Discharge Gate Valves And One Idle Pipeline Gate Valve), Along With Their Drive Mechanisms, Electrical Installation And Structural And Building Elements Related To Their Operation. The Works Include In Particular: - Assembly And Disassembly Of Renovation Closures, - Disassembly, Pulling Out, Renovation And Reassembly Of Gate Valves, - Repair And Maintenance Of Drive Mechanisms And Electrical Installations, Repair Of Valve Shafts, Drive Chambers And Engine Chambers, Including Sealing Leaks Using The Pressure Injection Method, Repair And Anti-Corrosion Protection Of Steel Structures, Rails, Ladders And Other Equipment Elements, Performance Of Movement And Functional Tests As Well As Tightness Tests After Completion Of The Works. The Works Will Be Carried Out Using The Existing Infrastructure Of The Facility, Including A Rail Jack And Repair Closures Included In The Equipment Tank. As Part Of The Order, Materials With High Resistance To Corrosion And The Effects Of The Aquatic Environment Should Be Used, In Particular Stainless Steel Elements, Anti-Corrosion Protection Systems Of Classes C2-C5 And Materials Intended For Repairing Concrete Structures And Sealing Leaks. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Work In Accordance With Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Technical Requirements For Hydrotechnical Structures, Polish Standards And Principles Of Construction Practice. The Order Completion Date Is Up To 4 Months From The Date Of Commencement Of Work, With The Possibility Of Extending It In The Event Of Unfavorable Hydrological And Meteorological Conditions Or Other Circumstances Beyond The Control Of The Parties. The Order Is Aimed At Restoring Full Technical Efficiency Of The Discharge Devices Of The Northern Tower And Ensuring Their Safe And Reliable Operation.
