(B) Receipt obtained for the payment of non-refundable fee to the Shroff of the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services - Badulla at Mahiyangana Road. Bidding documents can be inspected free of charge from 06.10.2026 up to 20.10.2026 at the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services - Badulla. Sealed bids either can be sent by registered post to the following address to be received at 2.00 p.m. on 21st October 2026 or may be hand delivered and deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Official Room of the Accountant at the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services - Badulla. Bids will be opened at 2.00 p.m. on 21st October 2026 and bidders or their representatives are requested to be present on the occasion.
