The Subject Of The Contract To Be Concluded Is The Purchase Of Window Coverings Along With Their Transportation, Installation, Sales Guarantee And Provision Of Other Additional Services (Including The Removal And Disposal Of The Suppliers Existing Curtain Systems/Window Coverings) In Accordance With The Conditions Stipulated In The Basic Documents Of The Public Procurement And The Tender. 2. The Requirements For The Window Coverings And The Requirements For The Services Provided By The Bidder During The Performance Of The Contract Are Described In Particular In The Technical Description Of The Item Of The Procurement Contract (Tk) Located In Annex No. 2 Of The Public Procurement Explanatory Document (Rsd) And Its Appendix (Tk Annex No. 1 Specifying Description Of Window Coverings).3. The Draft Of The Contract To Be Concluded Is Presented In Rsd Annex No. 3 Draft Of The Contract.
