Ventilation Installation Work – Replacing Thrust Fans And Their Control Section In The Reep Car Park. The Work To Be Carried Out Concerns: Working On The Ventilation System In The Reep Car Park, More Specifically: • Removing The Current Weir Fans; • Installing New Thrust Fans At Six Places Per Parking Level, According To The Provided Study Br26x055 And Study Br26072 From Exiss, Respectively The Study Of Fire Scenarios And How The Installation Should Respond For Evacuation Of The Co And Lpg Gases In The Reep Car Park; • Replacing The Servomotors On The Valve Grilles With Adjustable Types; • Adjusting And Programming The Complete Rwa Installation (= The Two Large Fans On The Shafts On The Sides Of The Car Park And Their Control Elements, As Well As The Control Of The Air Flow Through The Motors On The Flap Grilles And The New Boost Fans On The Three Parking Levels And Their Control Elements) So That It Can Comply With The Two Matrices Of The Study Br26x055 And Study Br26072 From Exiss, Whereby The Current Control Unit Plc Is Retained And Only Needs To Be Reprogrammed; • Expand Or Modify The Web-Based Page Of The Plc; • Provided With The Necessary Cabling For The Thrust Fans And The Damper Grilles With Placement In Accordance With The Standard And The Rules Of Good Workmanship; • Restoring The Necessary Connections With The Fire Control Center And The Co And Lpg Power Plant; • Installing Airflow Obstructions At Three Places Per Parking Level, More Specifically Installing Partition Walls That Obstruct The Airflow From Ceiling To Floor And Consist Of Masonry With Sand-Lime Brick Or A Metal Stud Wall With A Finished Fire-Resistant Plate. If During The One-Year Warranty Period: • Maintenance Of All Newly Installed Parts Of The Shev Installation, As Described Above. • Maintenance And Repair Of Non-Replaced Parts Of The Shev Installation. These Include: O The Large Axial Fans That Ensure The Supply Of Fresh Air And Extraction Of The Used Air In The Parking Lot; O The Frequency Controllers That Control These Axial Fans; O The Shafts, The Grilles In The Parking Lot For The Valve Grilles And The Inlet And Outlet Grilles Of The Shafts On The Street Side.
