Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Subject Of The Order Includes The Cleaning Of Found Unregulated Pollution Of Properties - Municipal Property From Large-Sized, Construction, Plant, Etc. Waste, And Ensuring The Conductivity Of Ravines/Rivers In The Regulation Of Settlements. Pollution Can Be A Consequence Of Anthropogenic Activity, As Well As Occur As A Result Of Natural Phenomena Or Accidents, Disasters And Catastrophes. The Activities Subject To The Award Include Cleaning, Loading Of Waste And/Or Sediments And Their Transportation To The Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste For The Municipalities Of Varna, Aksakovo And Beloslav, Land In The Village Of Vaghlen, Or To A Specially Designated Site On The Territory Of The Municipality. Aksakovo, As Well As Improvement Of The Cleared Territories If Necessary, Including Ringing With Clean Earth Masses. 2. Quantity And Volume Many Irregularly Formed Micro-Dumps Arise Within The Year. Some Of Them Are On Municipal Land, Therefore Subject To Cleaning. As A Result Of Torrential Rains And A Large Amount Of Sediments, Siltation Of Gullies/Rivers Is Formed In Areas Regulated By Settlements. The Service Includes Cleaning, Loading Of Waste And/Or Sediments And Transportation To The Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste For The Municipalities Of Varna, Aksakovo And Beloslav, Land In The Village Of Vglen. In The Event That The Waste Is Bulky Or Used Tires, They Are Transported To A Specially Designated Site On The Territory Of Aksakovo Municipality. It Is Possible That There Will Be A Need To Level The Terrain And Ring It With Clean Earth Masses In Order To Restore The Territory. The Contracting Authority Does Not Undertake To Provide A Certain Volume Of Activities For The Period Of The Order. Each Activity Will Be Awarded Separately. Transportation Costs From The Contractors Base/Garage To The Settlement For Cleaning Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. The Municipality Of Aksakovo Will Pay The Costs Of Transport From A Settlement For Service To The Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste For The Municipalities Of Varna, Aksakovo And Beloslav, Land In The Village Of Vaghlen/ A Special Site And Between Settlements On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Aksakovo, In The Case Of Cleaning In Several Settlements.
