The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Without The Renewal Of Competition Between The Contracting Authority And The Authorizing Contracting Authorities On The One Hand And One Supplier On The Other, On The Basis Of Which The Supplier Will Provide The Contracting Authority And The Authorizing Contracting Authorities With Electronic Communications Services, To The Extent Of: A) Voice Services For The Contracting Authoritys Landline Telephone Numbers Provided Through The Suppliers Electronic Communications Network, B) Mobile Voice Services, Sms And Mms, Including Optional Data Variants, C) Mobile Data Services For Technological Device Via Data Sim Cards, D) International Calling And Roaming, E) Private Apn For Secure Data Communication Of Selected Sim Cards, F) Voice Virtual Private Network (Vpn) Including All Mobile And Landline Numbers Of The Contracting Authority And Authorizing Contracting Authorities, G) Delivery Of Sim/Esim Cards, Transfer Of Existing Telephone Numbers And Other Services And Fulfillment Specified In Annex No. 1 Zd, H) Provision Of All Activities Related To The Provision Of Services And Fulfillment Listed Under Letter A) To G) Paragraph 1.1 Zd.
