The Subject Of The Order Includes The Successive Removal Of Municipal Waste From The Cemetery Located At Kożuchowska Street In Żagań. Type And Code Of Waste: - Residues From Cleaning Graves And Their Surroundings, Waste Code: 20 02 - Waste From Gardens And Parks, Including Cemeteries, - Mown Grass, Leaves And Branches, Waste Code: 20 02 01 Biodegradable Waste; - Non-Biodegradable Materials, Originating Mainly From Gardens, Parks And Cemeteries: 20/02/03. The Contractor Will Be Obliged, Within 2 (Two) Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, To Deliver And Place In The Cemetery, In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, 17 (Seventeen) Pieces Of Kp-7 Containers - For Municipal Waste.4.3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove The Filled Containers, Deliver Containers With Waste To Waste Disposal Points In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And, After Returning The Waste, Return Empty Containers To The Same Places. 4.4. The Service Should Be Performed From Monday To Saturday Within The Time Specified In The Presented Offer, But No Longer Than 48 Hours From The Time Of Reporting The Request For Waste Collection. 4.5. Each Waste Disposal Should Be Recorded In The Export Register Kept By The Ordering Party And Certified By The Contractor.4.6. The Contractor Should Secure The Rolling Stock Necessary To Complete The Order. 4.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract And Execution Of The Order, To Have Constant Telephone Communication Available To The Ordering Party And E-Mail To Accept Orders For Services. E-Mail Must Be Handled In A Program That Allows You To Confirm Receipt Of The Received Message. 4.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Or Bear The Costs Of Repairing Damage Caused During Or In Connection With The Performance Of The Service. The Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable To The Ordering Party And Third Parties For Damage To The Property Or Health Of Third Parties Arising During Or In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.4.9. If It Is Impossible To Remove Waste On Time Due To Bad Weather Conditions Or Other Justified Circumstances, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Notify The Ordering Party About The Circumstances That Make It Difficult To Properly Perform The Service. In The Event Of Any Difficulties, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claims For Increased Transport Costs And Vehicle Depreciation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Municipal Waste Immediately After The Reason Preventing Its Collection Ceases To Exist.4.10. The Contractor Will Immediately Deliver An Additional Container At His Own Expense If The Container Is Damaged Or Destroyed During Waste Collection Due To The Contractors Fault.
