Coins - A Dynamic Purchasing System For The Production And Supply Of Silver And Gold Coins For 2027 - 2029. The Czech National Bank Is Introducing A Dynamic Purchasing System (Hereinafter Referred To As Dns) In The Over-Limit Regime In The Procurement Procedure Pursuant To Section 138, Paragraph 1 Of The Act. In This Procurement Procedure, The Contracting Authority Proceeds Appropriately According To The Rules For Narrower Procedures According To § 58 Et Seq. Of The Act. The Procurement Documentation Is Drawn Up As A Summary Of The Procurement Conditions, Which Define The Details Necessary For The Introduction Of The Dns For The Production And Supply Of Silver And Gold Coins For The Years 2027 - 2029, Defined In More Detail In Points 1 And 2 Of The Procurement Documentation, As Well As A Summary Of The Conditions For The Inclusion Of Suppliers In The Dns As Part Of The Procurement Procedure, As Well As For The Inclusion Of Suppliers In The Already Established Dns. The Conditions Of The Procurement Procedure For The Introduction Of Dns, In Particular The Qualification Conditions And Business Conditions Of Public Contracts Awarded In The Established Dns, Were The Subject Of Preliminary Market Consultations According To § 33 Of The Act (Hereinafter Referred To As Ptk), Conducted By The Contracting Authority, The Announcement Of Which Was Published In The Public Procurement Bulletin Under Contract Registration Number Z2026-016812 And In The Official Journal Of The European Union Under The Number 227560-2026. In Accordance With Section 36, Paragraph 4 Of The Act, The Contracting Authority Further States That, Following The Information Received In The Ptk, The Contracting Authoritys Interest In Allowing The Widest Possible Range Of Suppliers To Participate In The Dns, And Also With Regard To The Subject Of Public Contracts Awarded In The Established Dns, Does Not Require Suppliers Who Submit An Application To Participate In The Dns To Demonstrate Technical Qualifications. To Provide Additional Information That Is The Result Of The Ptk, As Well As To Identify The Persons Who Participated In The Ptk, See In More Detail Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation. The Dns Will Be Introduced For A Period Of 36 Months From The Introduction Of The Dns Or Until The Amount Specified In Point 3 Of The Tender Documentation Is Used Up, Whichever Occurs First.
