Engineering Design Services For The Construction Of Civil Engineering Works – Railway Junction Brno, Stage Heršpice And Passenger Station. Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract: A) Processing Of Eia Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Eia Documentation) According To § 8 Of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., On Environmental Impact Assessment, As Amended. The Conclusion From The Eia Process Will Be Incorporated Into The Dps. B) Creation Of Project Documentation For Construction Permits For Transport Infrastructure (Dps) In The Bim Mode, Which Specifies The Subject Of The Work To Such An Extent That It Can Be Discussed In The Planning Permit Procedure, Obtain A Valid Planning Permit (Construction Permit) In Accordance With Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Building Act, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Building Act), Including The Opinion Of The Notified Body At The Stage Of Issuing The Planning Permit And The Activities Of The Osh Coordinator When Working On Construction Site In The Preparation Phase, Including The Preparation Of The Osh Plan On The Construction Site And The Maintenance Manual. C) Processing And Submission Of An Application For The Issuance Of A Project Permit According To The Building Act, Including All Required Documents, The Result Of Which Will Be The Issuance Of A Project Permit (Construction Permit). The Supplier Will Cooperate In The Issuance Of Relevant Decisions Until They Become Legally Binding. D) Processing Of The Work In Bim Mode And Creation Of The Bim Information Model According To Annex No. 11 Of The Contract For The Work Entitled Bim Protocol, Including All Its Annexes. The Information Model Is A Part Of The Work And Will Be Processed, Discussed And Submitted Continuously And Together With Other Parts Of The Work According To The Schedule Of Performance According To Annex No. 5 Of The Contract For The Work. E) Coordination Activity Of The Supplier, The Content Of Which Is The Coordination Of This Order And The Contractors Of The Orders Brno Railway Junction, Černovice Stage, Brno Railway Junction And Židenice Stage. The Goal Is To Maintain A Unified Concept Of The Technical Solution And All Parts Of The Documentation. F) Preparation Of The Update Of The Project Intent (Azp) In Accordance With The Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Transport Infrastructure Events Financed By The State Transport Infrastructure Fund (Hereinafter Referred To As The Md Rules). The Customer Reserves The Scope Of This Performance As A Change To The Obligation From The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 100, Paragraph 1 Of The Zzvz. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Performance On The Basis Of The Customers Instructions If The Expected Investment Costs Are Exceeded By 10% Or In Case Of Fundamental Changes To The Technical Solution Of The Building. G) Creation Of Data For The Needs Of The Gis Portal Operation (System For The Public), Continuous Management And Updating Of The Portal Data Based On The Requests Of The Client Or Comments From The Public. H) Performance Of The Supervision Of The Designer During The Construction Of The Pdps. A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Public Procurement Is Provided In Other Parts Of The Procurement Documentation.
