Diesel Oil – Successful Supply Of Diesel Oil And Unleaded Gasoline Pb 95 And Pb 98 In 2026 And 2027. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Up To 1,500 M3 Of Diesel Oil And Up To 1,200 M3 Of Unleaded 95 Gasoline And Up To 150 M3 Of Unleaded 98 Gasoline, Successively In Batches Within 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, To The Ordering Partys Gas Station Located In Kęty 32-650, Ul. Mickiewicza 8. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Successive Delivery Of: 1) Diesel Oil - Up To 1,500 M3, 2) Unleaded 95 Gasoline - Up To 1,200 M3, 3) Unleaded 98 Gasoline - Up To 150 M3. 3. The Ordering Partys Gas Station Is Equipped With Steel, Underground And Non-Pressure Tanks With The Following Capacities: 1) Diesel Oil - 60 M3, 2) 95 Gasoline - 18 M3, 3) 98 Gasoline - 10 M3. 4. The Tank Is Equipped With: 1) A Connector Enabling Fuel Measurement Using A Strip, 2) A Sink Connector With A Hydraulic Closure To Prevent Flame From Entering, 3) A Suction Pipe Ending With A Suction Basket With A Non-Return Valve. 5. Depending On The Type Of Tanker, The Tank Is Filled By Gravity Flow Of Fuel Or Using Its Own Pump Via A Dispensing Installation Into The Tank. 6. The Tanker Vehicle Should Be Equipped With Flexible Hoses. 7. The Order Includes Deliveries, And The Main Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Costs Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil And Unleaded 95 And 98 Gasoline. The Subject Of The Order Includes Successive Deliveries Of Diesel Oil, 95 Gasoline And 98 Gasoline For Up To 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract - Deliveries Will Be Made On A Notification Basis, I.E. Based On The Notification Of The Ordering Partys Representatives. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Report The Delivery Of Each Of The Fuels Covered By The Subject Of The Order Separately Or Jointly, According To Current Needs.
