The Subject Of This Tender Is The Delivery, Commissioning And Handover Of The Expansion Of A Complete Optical Measurement System For A Test Stand For Examining Flow And Combustion Processes Of A Single-Stroke Machine. This Single-Stroke Machine Replicates The Injection And Combustion Process Of A Dual-Fuel Engine With Diesel Pilot Ignition On The Scale Of Ship Engines. The Fuels Used Include Ammonia, Methanol And Diesel. The Investigations Focus On Injection Effects And The Ignition Process. The System Must Enable Measurements Using Supplementary Oh* Chemiluminescence That Can Be Synchronized With Existing Measurement Methods. The Aim Of The Procurement Is An Integrated, Functional, Synchronized, Adaptive Measurement System Suitable For Laboratory Operations, With Which The Measurement Method Mentioned Can Be Carried Out Reproducibly, Safely And With High Measurement Quality. Delivery Of All Hardware Components Described In The List Of Services, - Complete Integration Of The Individual Components Into The Functional Overall System, - Installation And Commissioning At The Installation Location Specified By The Client, - Adjustment And Functional Testing Of The Addition To The Overall System, - Handover Of The Technical Documentation Of The Individual Components (Listed In Section 5), - Instruction And Training Of The Operating Personnel In The Use And Operation Of The Addition To The Overall System, If This Has Not Already Been Done Elsewhere As Part Of Another Order With The Client.
