Creation Of The Complete Sanitary Installations Including Pre-Planked Pre-Wall Elements, According To Service Descriptions And Plans. Tender, Partly With Reuse Components And Elements From The Former Childrens Hospital Area. The Property At Pestalozzistrasse 55/57, Located Directly Next To The Former Childrens Hospital Area, Will Be Repaired And Given A New Residential Use. The Existing Building From 1926 Has Been Used For Different Purposes Over The Past Decades And Has Been Empty Since The Childrens Hospital Moved Away. As Part Of This Project, The Villa Will Be Adapted For Future Use And Technically And Structurally Upgraded. The Measures Include, Among Other Things, The Renewal And Adaptation Of Building Technology, The Conversion Of Selected Areas Of The Interior And The Creation Of New Wet Rooms. The Aim Is To Continue To Use The Existing Building Structure Functionally And Economically, Taking The Existing Building Structure Into Account.
