Transformers – Delivery And Installation Of Customer Substation For Cšj Lovosice. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply, Assembly And Installation Of A New Source Of Electrical Energy – The Customer Substation (Dts) – In Connection With The Revitalization Of The Cšj Lovosice Building, And This Is Due To The Increase Of The Current Insufficient Input From The Lv Distribution Network To The Required Value. The Subject Of The Public Contract Includes The Supply Of A New Customer Substation And Related Assembly, Installation, Earthworks And Other Works. The Contracting Authority Has Identified Supplies As The Main Subject Of The Public Contract, Since The Basic Purpose Of The Public Contract Is The Acquisition Of A Complete New Substation Substation As A Complete Technological Device Capable Of Ensuring The Required Increase In Power Consumption Of The Cšj Lovosice Facility. The Substation Is Procured As A Technological Unit That Is Mainly Pre-Fabricated And Completed By The Manufacturer, Which Is Then Transported To The Place Of Fulfillment, Installed, Connected And Put Into Operation. Construction, Earthworks, Assembly And Other Related Activities Carried Out At The Place Of Performance Are Of A Supporting Nature In Relation To The Acquisition Of The Substation And Mainly Serve To Enable Its Installation, Connection And Proper Operation. The Composition Of The Estimated Value Of The Public Contract Also Corresponds To This Conclusion. Approximately 96% Of The Total Estimated Value Is For The Comprehensive Delivery Of The New Substation, Including Its Assembly. Separately Calculated Costs For Grounding, Earthworks And Other Related Activities Together Represent Only Approx. 4% Of The Expected Value Of The Public Contract. Therefore, With Regard To The Basic Purpose Of The Public Contract And The Nature Of Its Predominant Performance, The Contracting Authority Assessed The Public Contract As A Public Contract For Supplies Within The Meaning Of § 14 Paragraph 1 In Conjunction With § 15 Zzvz. The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Required Performance Is Determined By The Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction And The List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Measurements, And Forms Annex No. 1 And 2 Of The Procurement Documentation.
