Firefighting Vehicles – Purchase Of A New Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For Rescue Operations And Prevention Of Environmental Threats By The Volunteer Fire Department In Cewice. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Delivery Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive For The Volunteer Fire Department In Cewice With Parameters Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Procedure. 2. The Vehicle Must Be New, With A Complete Set Of Documents, Prepared For Registration, And Having All The Necessary Documents Required By Law To Register A Vehicle In The Country. 3. The Vehicle Should Meet Emission Standards Of At Least Euro 6. 4. The Detailed Scope Of Technical Parameters Is Specified In The List Of Technical Parameters And Equipment Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To This Tor. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Partys Office, And The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Agree In Detail On The Date And Terms Of Delivery With The Ordering Party And To Inform Him At Least 2 Business Days In Advance About The Planned Delivery Date To The E-Mail Address: Sekretariat@Cewice.Pl. 6. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Delivery Date May Only Fall On The Following Days: Monday To Friday, From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M., Excluding Public Holidays. Delivery On Other Days Is Possible Only After The Date Is Accepted By The Ordering Party. 7. The Contractor May Not Change The Model Of A Given Equipment Proposed In The Offer, Nor Its Price, During The Execution Of The Contract. It Allows The Possibility Of Changing The Equipment Model Only In The Event Of Withdrawal Of A Given Equipment Model From Production, Which Should Be Confirmed By A Statement From The Manufacturer. In This Case, The Offer Price Remains Unchanged. Warranty Requirements 1. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Equipment For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Equipment Acceptance Protocol And A 24-Month Warranty Period. Both These Periods Are Equalized. At The Same Time, It Is Possible To Extend Both The Warranty Period And The Warranty Period. In Such A Case, The Contractor May Obtain A Higher Number Of Points When Evaluating Offers, In Accordance With The Offer Evaluation Criteria. Order Completion Deadline The Task Should Be Implemented Within 35 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have Professional Capacity To Perform The Order By Demonstrating Experience In The Implementation Of At Least 2 Deliveries Of Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicles Worth At Least Pln 600,000 Gross Each. In Order To Confirm That The Contractor Meets The Condition For Participation In The Proceedings Regarding Technical Or Professional Capacity, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of A List Of Deliveries Made, And In The Case Of Services Repeated Or Continuous, Also Performed, During The Last 3 Years, And If The Period Of Running The Business Is Shorter, During This Period, Along With Their Value, Subject Matter, Dates Of Performance And Entities To Which These Deliveries Have Been Made Or Are Being Made, And Attaching Evidence Specifying Whether These Deliveries Have Been Made Or Are Being Made Properly.
