This Project Aims To Design A Measuring Network For The German Rail Network In Order To Systematically Collect Data On Train Movements On German Main Routes Using Measuring Stations And To Make It Usable For Subsequent Use. In Order To Develop The Measurement Concept, The Large Number Of Use Cases Identified So Far Should Be Further Prioritized Using Comprehensible Criteria, Taking Into Account The Technical, Regulatory And Organizational Feasibility. On This Basis, The Project Should Derive The Concrete Implementation Of The Prioritized Use Cases And Develop The Draft For A Later Implementation Of A Pilot Measurement Network. To This End, A Concept For An Expanded Technical Test And An Operationalized Measurement Network Must Be Created. Any Organizational And Legal Challenges For The Test Operation And The Construction Of The Measurement Network (In The Form Of A Concept) Must Be Explained In Detail And Strategic Solutions Must Be Strategically Derived. In Addition, Consideration Should Be Given To How The Collected Train Data Can Be Linked In The Long Term With Data Sets From Other National And International Rus And Other Stakeholders. Integration Into International Systems And Initiatives To Standardize Wtms Data Collection Must Be Taken Into Account. Any Standards And Quality Criteria For Collecting Data Should Also Be Taken Into Account. The Contractor Should Continue To Support The Project For One And A Half Years After Completion Of Parts 1 To 5 In Order To Support The Development Of The Measurement System. If The Options Described In Part 8 Are Exercised, Project Support Will Continue During The Option Period Specified There. During This Period, The Contractor Is Available To Respond To Inquiries And Challenges At Short Notice.
