Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Construction Consultant For New Construction And Renovation Projects As Well As Demolition Projects For The City Of Nokia And Nokian Vuokrakodit Oy. The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Development Consultancy Services Of The City Of Nokian And Nokian Vuokrakodit Oy (Hereafter The Tenant) For New Construction And Renovation Projects As Well As Demolition Projects (Hereafter The Service). The Need For The Service Varies During The Contract Period. Subscribers Do Not Undertake To Purchase A Fixed Amount Of Service. Subscribers Can Handle The Tasks Of The Tendered Sub-Areas Also As Their Own Work. In The Procurement, A Framework Arrangement Will Be Established, To Which A Maximum Of Five (5) Suppliers Who Have Made The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Will Be Selected, Unless There Are Fewer Bidders Who Meet The Eligibility Criteria Or Acceptable Offers. Bidders Are Prioritized Based On The Lowest Price.
