Tenders are invited for Repair, Supply, and Installation of Medium-Voltage (11kv) and Low-Voltage Overhead Lines, including Related Civil Works, in the Southern Region (Requested by the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy). Important conditions and instructions: All documents must be submitted on a non-rewritable CD, except the bid form and bid bond which must be submitted as hard copies. Indivisible. A valid national manpower quota compliance certificate issued by the Public Authority for Manpower must be submitted with the bid. A valid To Whom It May Concern certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower confirming no suspension on the tenderers file must be attached. Small and medium enterprise owners are exempt from tender document fees pursuant to Article 39 of Law No. 74/2019. Bid Bond: 45,000 valid for 90 days in favor of the Central Agency for Public Tenders.
