The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Multi-Disciplinary Construction Works In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Chełm Śląski Together With Technical Infrastructure And Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Above-Mentioned Facility. 2. The Scope Of The Reconstruction (Covered By The Decision On The Building Permit) Includes: 1) Reconstruction Of Internal Walls, Mainly Within The Sanitary Zone In The Building And The Division Of The Dining Room, 2) Reconstruction Of External Walls - Change In The Size Of Window Joinery, 3) Reconstruction Of The Roof And Walls In The Garage Part - Removal Of The Roof Skylight And Wall Light. 3.The Remaining Scope Of Work Is Included In The Renovation, Modernization And Thermal Modernization, Which Includes: 1) Thermal Insulation Of External Walls And Foundation Walls, 2) Replacement Of The Roof Covering With Accompanying Elements, 3) Replacement Of Windows And Doors, 4) External Plastering, 5) Plastering, Painting And Wall Covering Works, 6) Renovation Of Floors And Internal Walls, 7) Renovation Of The Hardening Of The Area (Replacement Of The Concrete Surface), 8) Renovation External Stairs Together With The Construction Of A Ramp For People With Mobility Disabilities,9) Replacement Of Suspended Ceilings,10) Works In The Field Of Technical Infrastructure Including The Construction Of Internal Installations In The Building, In The Field Of Sanitary Installations, I.E.: A) Hot And Cold Water Installations;B) Internal Sanitary Sewage Installation;C) Central Heating Installation;D) Mechanical Ventilation Installation, Including The Exhaust Gas Extraction Installation;E) Air Conditioning Installation;F) Renovation Of The Sanitary Sewage Installation Outside The Building, Covering The Section From The Building Wall To The First Manholes;11) Works In The Field Of Technical Infrastructure Including The Construction Of Internal Installations In The Building, In Terms Of Electrical Installation, I.E.: A) Internal High-Current Electrical Installations; B) Internal Low-Current Electrical Installations (Lan, Cctv, Sswin); C) Photovoltaic Installation With An Energy Storage; D) Lightning Protection Installation4.The Detailed Scope Of Work That Is The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwior, Which Documents Constitute Annexes To This Specification.
