Quote Validity: The Consultant agrees to hold the prices in its offer for 90 days from the date specified for the receipt of proposals. Qualifications The consultant should possess: Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Communication, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Epidemiology, Development Studies, Communication, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in RCCE, public health emergency preparedness, outbreak response, health communication, or social and behaviour change. Demonstrated experience developing national strategies, frameworks, toolkits, and training packages.
