Vendor Shall Study The Dpdp Act 2023, Dpdp Rules 2025 And Subsequent Amendments, Identify The BankS In-Scope Products, Services And Channels, Assess Applicability Of Each Provision To The BankS Operations, And Document The Consequences Of Noncompliance (Legal And Financial Exposure) For Stakeholder Awareness. Report To Be Discussed And Signed Off With Stakeholders. Etc.
