Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Warranty, and Defects Liability Maintenance of Window, Split, Cassette, Ceiling-Suspended, and Floor-Standing Air-Conditioning Units at Various Waseef Projects Bid Bond (QAR): 25,000 Non-Refundable Tender Fee (QAR): 500 The Tender Document will be available from October 1, 2026 upon receipt of the required documentation at tender@waseef.qa To collect please provide the following: Authorization Letter on Company letterhead, copy of Commercial Registration and valid Identification of the representative. Bank deposit slip carrying tender number and subject details. Tender fee shall be deposited to Account Name Waseef Asset Management Co., Account Number 0002-105222-00 with Al Rayan Bank. The Contractor shall be a legally registered firm or company incorporated in the State of Qatar, with an established and fully operational service setup. Holder of General Contracting & Trading for Air Conditioning/HVAC System. The Contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of air conditioning system. The proposed air conditioning brand shall have been present in the Qatar market for a minimum of five (5) years, with a documented track record of at least 5,000+ installed units across the country.
