Institution / Individuals who wish to be registered for the Provision of Goods and services mentioned above should pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/= for each of the items. This payment should be made to the Accounts Division of the Human Rights Commission during office hours (9.30 am-2.30 pm) and the receipt thus obtained should be attached to the applications. Application forms could be obtained from the Administration Section of the Commission.
