It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – (26072) 201 Iam-Kernlösung It-Eda. The It-Eda Procures A Standard Software Solution To Replace The Microsoft Identity Manager (Mim), Including All Services Necessary For The Life Cycle. The Procurement Item Includes In Particular: * Delivery And Licensing Of Iam Standard Software * Maintenance And Support Services In Accordance With The Detailed Requirements In Appendix 6 Maintenance And Support * Implementation Services (Conception, Installation, Migration, Parameterization) * Further Development Services Including Acceptance * Operational Support Services * Training And Consulting Services The Services Are Structured Modularly Into Work Packages. The Detailed Service Descriptions Are Regulated In The Respective Appendices (E.G. A1 Concept, D1/D2 Support, E1/E2 Operation, G1 Further Development). The Basic Order Includes All Work Packages Of The Basic Services. The Optionally Advertised Services Relate In Particular To The Extension Of The Benefit Receipt After The Initial Contract Period. The Purchase Regulations For Optional Services Are Regulated In The Draft Contract. The Planned Service Period Is: * Basic Service: April 1, 2027 - December 31, 2032 * Optional Extension Of Max. 9 Years, Renewable Annually From January 1, 2033 - Max. December 31, 2041 The It-Eda Needs An Iam Successor Solution For Its Microsoft Identity Management (Mim) Solution, The Life Cycle Of Which Ends On January 9, 2029. For This Reason, It-Eda Is Looking For A Service Provider Who Can Offer A Suitable Successor Solution. The Successor Solution Must Be Able To Map The Functionalities Of The Mim And Also Provide A Suitable End-User Portal. In Addition To The Successor Product, Support Services For Conception And Migration Must Be Offered. Operational And Development Resources Must Be Made Available During The Operation Of The Solution Over The Next 4 Years And Optionally 8X1 Additional Year. The Licenses Must Be Ensured For The Entire Term.
