The Following Estimated Order Quantity Is Assumed In Accordance With Appendix 3 To The Contract Price Sheet During The Minimum Contract Term. These Are Conservatively Estimated Values. The Quantities Provided Serve As A Basis For Calculation. The Planned Purchase Quantity For The Minimum Contract Term Is: 1,000 Pieces Of Roll-Out - Installation Services, Assembly And Transport 100 Pieces Of Roll-Out - Transport 100 Pieces Of Roll-Out - Assembly And Transport 500 Pieces Of Roll-In - Dismantling And Transport 500 Pieces Of Roll-In - Dismantling, Transport And Disposal 9900 Meters - Cat7 Cable 80 Hours Of Contract Work The Order Volume In Prospect For This Framework Agreement Was, As Exactly As Possible, Circumscribed. However, The Need Is Not Binding And Cannot Be Conclusively Determined. This Only Reflects An Estimated Order Quantity And An Expected Period For The Provision Of The Service. It Cannot Therefore Be Ruled Out That The Services Will Be Accessed On A Different Scale And/Or A Different Period Of Time. A Minimum Purchase Is Not Agreed. There Is No Obligation To Purchase The Estimated, Optional Call Quantities. The Call Quantity May Therefore Be Reduced. Since Services Can Be Accessed At Different Locations By The Clients Customers At The Same Time, The Contractor Must Ensure That The Human, Technical And Spatial Resources Are Available For The Required Service If An Offer Is Submitted. The Contract Term Begins With The Award Of The Contract No Earlier Than January 9, 2027 And, Unless Terminated Beforehand, Is Initially Two Years (Minimum Contract Term). The Client Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Twice By One Year Each (Optional Contract Periods). The Minimum Contract Term Is Automatically Extended By Another Year Unless The Client Terminates The Contract Three Months Before The End Of The Contract Term. The Same Applies To The Second Optional Extension Period. The Contract Ends In Any Case When The Maximum Total Order Limit Of Eur 400,000.00 Net Is Reached; Eur 476,000.00 Gross (Including Optional Services).
