2. The Buildings Covered By The Scope Of The Order Are Located In Opole Lubelskie At Ul. Lubelska 4 On Plots Of Land No. 89 And 90/1. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide This Order Into Parts. The Reasons For The Lack Of Division Into Parts Are Included In The Further Part Of Swz.4.The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Washing The Facade And Removing Blistered External Plasters; 2) Demolition Of Chimneys In The Part Above The Roof And Plugging The Openings 3) Replacing Wooden Windows With White Pvc Composite Windows; 4) Installing Window Sills Made Of Anthracite-Coated Steel Sheet; 5) Replacing External Doors With Insulated Steel Doors (2X90/200, 2X80/200);6) Replacement Of Existing Gates With Steel Tilting And Side-Hinged Ones (Unified Design For Tilting Gates 250/220, Swing Gates 310/340 And Steel Doors);7) Execution Of A Leveling Layer Of External Plasters Made Of Polystyrene Thick. 2-5 Cm Covered With A Reinforcing Layer Of Fiberglass Mesh Embedded In Mesh Glue;8) Execution Of External Thinned Lamb Plasters In Gray Color;9) Construction Of A Wooden Load-Bearing Substructure With Formwork For Anthracite-Colored Seam Sheet Metal;10) Covering The Roofs With Seam Sheet Metal, Performing Sheet Metal Flashings For Fire Walls;11) Execution Gutters Of The Building With Above- And Under-Gutter Strips: Gutters And Downpipes Made Of Anthracite-Coated Steel Sheet;12) Wiping The Plaster, Repairing Defects, Preparing For Painting And Painting In Room 003;13) Construction Of A Hardened Concrete Floor (Resin) In Room 00314) Construction Of A Suspended Ceiling In Room 003.5.The Detailed Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And This Swz.6.The Contractor Shall Ensure That The Works Are Managed By A Person With Unlimited Construction Qualifications And Specialization In Construction. 7.
