The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of Tourist Infrastructure Using Local Sulphide Water Resources From The Ignacy Well - Stage Ii.2.Scope Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Tourist Infrastructure Using Local Sulphide Water Resources From The Ignacy Well - Stage Ii (Water Playground, Gabion Fence, Shelter) On Part Of Plot No. 992/11 In The Town Of Więcwice, Więcwice Commune, Which Includes: A) Site Preparation, Leveling And Shaping Of Slopes, B) Construction Of A Water Playground With An Entrance Paddling Pool And Walls With Seats, C) Delivery And Installation Of Water Treatment Technology And Water Attractions Of A Water Playground, D) Construction Of A Recreational Shelter, E) Construction Of A Gabion Fence And Panel Fence, F) Construction Of Pedestrian Paths And A Square Made Of Concrete Cubes, External Stairs, G) Equipping The Area With Small Architecture, H) Construction Of Greenery And Overgrowth Surfaces, I) External Water And Sanitary Sewage Installations, J) Electrical Installations: Power Supply For Technology And Solar Lighting Of The Area And Gabion Fencing, K) Technological Commissioning, Tests, Acceptances, As-Built Documentation And Operating Instructions.2) The Investment Is Located On Part Of Plot No. 992/11 In Więcwice, In The Vicinity Of The Spa Park I3) Outside The Scope Of This Order, And Constituting The Basis For Cooperation Of The Second Stage Installation, There Remains The Scope To Be Implemented Under Stage I: Technical Chamber (Machine Room) With Chemical Dosing Rooms And A Tank Overflow, Main Rg Switchgear With Reserve For Stage Ii, Toilet For People With Disabilities, Well S9 (Ø400, Emergency Overflows) And Electricity Connection. 3. As Part Of The Order, Construction Works And Activities Specified In The Design Documentation, Decisions And Conditions, As Well As Auxiliary And Preparatory Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Conducting Surveying Services, Performing The Required Tests And Checks, Construction And Maintenance Of Construction Facilities, Needs For The Construction Of Connections To Utilities And Bearing The Costs Of Their Consumption, Preparing The Necessary Documentation Regarding The Works Being Carried Out, Etc., As Well As Cleaning Works In The Area Of The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Including All Decisions, Provisions, Arrangements And Conditions. If It Is Necessary To Occupy The Road, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain From The Road Manager A Decision On The Occupation Of The Road, And To Prepare And Agree On The Traffic Management Plan For The Duration Of Construction Works In The Road. 3. Any Materials From Demolition Are The Property Of The Ordering Party.
