The Technical Proposal Of The Participants Must Meet The Minimum Technical Requirements For The Subject Of Delivery. The Delivered Specialized Equipment Should Cover All Minimum Technical And Operational Characteristics And Meet All Standards And Requirements Regarding Quality And Safety. A Participants Offer That Does Not Meet The Requirements Set Forth In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 For The Delivery Facility Will Be Removed From Participation In The Public Procurement. The Offer Must Contain The Following Information And Meet The Requirements 1.1. The Proposed Technique Should Be Equipped With Keys And Tools Necessary For Daily Servicing; First Aid Kit; Triangle; Fire Extinguisher; Reflective Vest; A Set Of Tools For Changing Tires And Everything Necessary According To The Road Traffic Act; 1.2. The Proposed Equipment Should Be Fully Functional, Technically Serviced And Loaded With The Fluids, Materials, Oils And Filters Necessary For The Operation Of The Equipment; 2. Requirements For Presentation Of Documents, In View Of The Subject Of The Order. 2.1. The Proposed Equipment Upon Handing Over Must Be Accompanied By All Necessary Documents Regarding Its Technical Suitability, Certificates, Permits, Instructions, Passports, Service Books, Documents For Taxes Paid, Duties, Fees, Invoices, Acceptance-Handover Protocols And All Accompanying Documents Necessary, Both For The Correct Operation Of The Equipment And For The Registration Of The Equipment, According To Zdvp And Ordinance No. I-45/24.03.2000. For Registering, Reporting And Putting Vehicles Into Traffic At The Traffic Police. 2.2. The Proposed Technique Must Be Of Proven Origin, Accompanied By A Document Of Origin/Ownership; Sales Contract Or Purchase Invoice Or Equivalent.
