The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Project Management Relating To The Work Of The Le Val - Badinter School Group, Located In Meudon (92). The School Group Is The Subject Of A Global Restructuring Project Covering Three Components: - The Energy Renovation Of The Accommodation Located Above The Catering Area: Complete Rehabilitation Of The Apartments With A Minimum Energy Performance Objective Label B And Bbc Renovation 2024 Compliance, Including The Treatment Of Access And Sanitation Of The Cellars; - The Restructuring Of The School Catering Area. Given The Nature Of The Work, A Temporary Modular Kitchen Will Be Installed On The Adjoining Plot For The Duration Of The Restoration Project; - The Development, As Part Of An Oasis Courtyard Project, Of The Rear Courtyard, The Two Existing Courtyards And The Adjoining Double Plot. The Operation Presents A Diversity Of Skills Expected Given The Plurality Of Uses Concerned: School (Playground, Oasis Courtyard), Catering (Collective Kitchen) And Housing (Energy Renovation). The Operation Will Take Place On A Site Occupied For The School Part. Continuity Of The Catering Service Must Therefore Be Ensured Throughout The Duration Of The Work, In Particular By Maintaining The Modular Temporary Kitchen In Operation. The Accommodations Will Be Empty During The Work. The Description Of The Missions And Technical Specifications Appears In The Act Of Commitment, The Breakdown Of The Overall And Fixed Price (Dpgf) And The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp) Of The Contract. The Duration Of The Contract Is 43 Months From Its Notification Date.
