Railway-Track Maintenance Services – Assistance With Maintenance Of The Triage Installations In The Port Of Antwerp. The Contract Mainly Consists Of Lubricating Switches And Track Brakes Of The Triering Installations In The Port Of Antwerp. The Personnel Who Carry Out The Lubrication Are Hereinafter Referred To As Lubricators. The Lubrication Work Is Always Carried Out With The Track Out Of Service. The Lubrication Itself Is Always Done By 2 Lubricators. Before Each Lubrication Of A Switch Or Track Brake, Any Dirt And Grease Must Be Removed. During Lubrication, The Switch Or Track Brake Is Visually Checked For Loose Or Loose Parts And This Is Reported To The Accompanying Infrabel Employee. In Addition, This Contract Consists Of Deploying One Or More Hydraulic Road-Rail Cranes (Usually 2 And Maximum 2) With Driver(S) And Deploying 1 Or 2 Qualified Workers For Work On The Track Brakes. The Service Provider Can Deploy Its Own Employees For The Implementation Of This Agreement, For Which It Naturally Bears And Continues To Bear And Fulfills All Administrative, Labor Law, Social, Tax And Other Burdens As An Employer In The Broad Sense, In Order To Fully Indemnify The Client Service Customer Infrabel. The Employers Authority Over These Employees Remains Entirely With The Service Provider. This Will, Among Other Things, Decide On Recruitment, Dismissal, Promotion, Agreeing Wages With Its Employees And Payment, And So On. If The Client Should Possibly Have To Give Instructions When Necessary, These Can Only Relate To Well-Being At Work, Working And Rest Times And The Performance Of The Tasks Specified In This Agreement. They Do Not In Any Sense Constitute An Exercise Of The Authority Vested In The Employer. Both Parts Will Take Place At The Same Location, But Not Necessarily Simultaneously, As Stated In Article 149 Of The Second Part. The Security Measures Are Carried Out By Infrabel Staff. The Quantities Stated In The Inventory Are The Intended Quantities For The Entire Duration Of The Assignment: Initial Period And Any Extensions. Infrabel Does Not Undertake To Order The Performances And Quantities Stated In The Inventory. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Will Always Be The Total Amount Of The 1St Ranked Quotation At The Time Of Award. Subject To The Application Of The Revision Clauses Provided For In The Specifications, The Framework Agreement Will Terminate As Soon As The Partial Orders Placed Have Reached The Stated Total Amount.
