The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Warsaw University Of Life Sciences Agricultural Experimental Station In Żelazna, Żelazna 43, 96-116 Dębowa Góra And The Warsaw University Of Life Sciences Agricultural Experimental Station In Żelazna Gospodarstwo W Chylice, Chylice Kolonia, Ul. Parkowa 9, 96 – 313 Jaktorów. 3. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Supply Of Diesel Oil, Will Be Carried Out Using The Contractors Own Transport To The Ordering Partys Fuel Warehouses In Żelazna And Chylice. Oil Will Be Refueled Directly To Above-Ground Tanks. The Cost Of Transporting Diesel Fuel Is Borne By The Contractor. 4. The Contractor Will Deliver Fuel By Road Tanker Equipped With Fuel Measuring Devices With A Valid Certificate Of Legalization Of The Measuring Device. It Is Prohibited To Deliver Oil In Barrels Or Plastic Containers. 5. Specific Delivery Dates Will Be Agreed Each Time With The Ordering Party, After Taking Into Account The Warehouse Stock And The Current Condition, And Within The Dates Indicated In The Contract Template. 6. On-Site Visit A) The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Contractors Obligation To Carry Out An On-Site Visit Or To Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Tender Form The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And To Provide The Subcontractors Companies, If They Are Already Known. 8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Material And Quantity
