The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Technical And Organizational Support For The Preparation And Implementation Of Events Organized For The Purpose Of Implementing The Operational Program Environment 2021-2027 (Hereinafter Opžp) And Tools For The Use Of Eu Funds In The Field Of Cohesion Policy Under The Responsibility Of The Moe In The Program Period 2028-2034 And The Operational Program Just Transformation (Hereinafter Opst) 2021-2027 And Tools For The Use Of Eu Funds In The Field Of Politics Cohesion Under The Responsibility Of The Moe In The 2028-2034 Program Period. This Is Mainly About Ensuring Meetings Of Monitoring Committees, Meetings Of Representatives Of The Implementation Structure Incl. Of The European Commission, Conferences, Seminars Or Workshops For Applicants And Grant Recipients, Etc. Technical And Organizational Support For Events Includes, In Particular, The Provision Of Meeting Spaces, Technology (Interpreting Technology, Sound Systems, Projection Technology), Interpreting (Into English: Simultaneous, Consecutive Or Ai Technologies), Recording Or Streaming Of Meetings Including Transcripts, Provision Of Refreshments, Transport, Possibly Accommodation Reservations For Meeting Participants Or Provision Of Event Moderation And Other Services Related To The Provision Of Events.
