Medical Furniture – Supply Of Medical Equipment For Patient Care, Mobilization, Transfer And Transportation. In Order To Achieve The General And Specific Objectives Described In The Specifications, The Contracting Authority Requests The Provision Of Medical Equipment For The Care, Mobilization, Transfer And Transport Of Patients, Purchased In A Single Batch, By Concluding A Framework Agreement. The Products Have A Common Destination And Are Complementary In Supporting The Successive Stages Of Patient Care In The Bucharest Clinical Emergency Hospital. The Equipment Requested Must Ensure The Necessary Support For The Coordinated Performance Of Care Activities And Positioning In Bed, Examination, Assisted Mobilization, Transfer And Transport Within The Hospital. By Using Them, The Aim Is To Maintain The Safety And Comfort Of The Patient Throughout The Clinical Course, As Well As To Facilitate The Maneuvers Performed By The Medical And Auxiliary Staff. The Minimum And Maximum Quantities For The Framework Agreement And For Subsequent Contracts, As Well As The Minimum Technical And Functional Characteristics, Delivery Configurations And Accessories Requested For Each Product Are Provided In The Specifications, Chapter 3 Subsection 3.3 Point 3.3.1. The Products Will Be Supplied In Complete Configurations, With All Required Components And Accessories Necessary For Safe Operation And Use, According To The Destination Established By The Manufacturer And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. All Products Requested Must Be New, Unused And Manufactured From New Components. Refurbished Products Previously Used In Clinical Work Or As Demonstration Equipment Are Not Accepted. Checks And Tests Carried Out By The Manufacturer In The Manufacturing And Quality Control Process, As Well As Those Necessary For Installation And Reception Do Not Constitute Prior Use For The Purposes Of This Requirement. The Supply Of Products Includes Transportation, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning, Training Of Medical And Technical Personnel, As Well As Handing Over The Documentation Necessary For Use And Maintenance, According To The Specifications.
