Tsu Is Seeking Building Owners With Proven Experience,Understanding And Knowledge In Housing To Enter A Short Master Lease Forstudent Housing For Our Student Body. The University Seeks To Securea Master Lease For Studenthousing For Approximately 350 To 450 Beds Withfacilities Within Five Miles Of Tsu Campus. The University Prefers A Location In Which All Students Can Be Located Together.
