Aviation Kerosene – Purchase And Refueling Of Jet A-1 Aviation Fuel. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Refueling Of Jet A-1 Aviation Fuel In An Amount Of Up To 800,000 Liters, In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Terms Of Reference. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Undertakes To Purchase A Minimum Quantity Of Jet A-1 Aviation Fuel In The Amount Of 400,000 Liters Or Up To 50% Of The Maximum Gross Remuneration. The Fuel Must Come From Current Production (I.E. From The Contract Implementation Period) And May Contain Components That Meet The Established Quality Requirements. The Quality Of Fuel Refueled To The Ordering Partys Aircraft Must Comply With The Def Stan 91-091 Wt Standard And Astm D 1655 Or An Equivalent Standard. Payment For Fuel Will Be Made At A Price Free From Excise Duty Under The Conditions Specified In The Excise Duty Act And Without Fuel Surcharge.
