The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party (Ul. Raciborska 39, 40-074 Katowice). The Cost Of Transport, Insurance During Delivery And Payment Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. Detailed Implementation Conditions Are Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - I.E. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
