Sports Fields Maintenance Services – Comprehensive Customer Service And Ongoing Maintenance Of The Sports And Recreational Infrastructure Of The Ski Resort. 4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor Of A Comprehensive Service In The Field Of Customer Service And Ongoing Maintenance Of The Sports And Recreational Infrastructure Of The Bieszczad.Ski Wańkowa Ski Resort With The Provision Of Human Resources (People Meeting Specific Requirements And Having Specific Competences And Experience). 4.2. The Service Covered By The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Comprehensive Customer Service And Activities Related To The Provision Of Sports And Recreation Services Using The Provided Infrastructure, 2) Ensuring Medical Security Of The Ski Resort By Qualified Ski Rescue Staff In The Number Of Min. 2 People During The Centers Opening Hours, 3) Maintaining The Infrastructure And Keeping It In A Non-Deteriorated Condition (Taking Into Account Wear And Tear Resulting From Current Operation) And Managing Its Operation, 4) Operating The Snowmaking Infrastructure And Maintaining The Ski Slope. 4.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Service Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order) And Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Draft Contract). 4.4. The Contractor Will Provide The Service Based On A Lump Sum 1-Day Remuneration And Hourly Remuneration For Snowmaking Services. The Snowmaking Service Will Be Provided For A Maximum Of 350 Hours, But This Is The Expected And Maximum Number Of Hours, Which The Ordering Party Does Not Have To Fully Use. The Actual Scope Of The Snowmaking Service Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Weather Conditions Permitting It. The Number Of Days Of Customer Service Using The Infrastructure Will Be Provided For A Maximum Of 90 Days (This Is The Expected Number Of Days Of The Winter Season). For Objective Reasons, It Is Not Possible To Determine The Extent To Which The Service Will Actually Be Provided. 4.6. Insurance The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Its Activities, Including The Subject Of The Order, Under The Conditions Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Draft Contract).
