It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support - Service Software Support And On-Site Consultations For Ibm Spss Licenses For The Needs Of The National Statistical Institute. This Order Is For Service Software Support And On-Site Consulting For Ibm Spss Licenses For The Needs Of The National Statistical Institute. The Support Is For One Year And Includes The Following Activities: • Delivery Of New Sub-Versions (Updates) And Major Versions (Upgrades) Of The Products, For The Duration Of The Contract On A Media Medium; • Consultations By Telephone Regarding The Maintenance And Operation Of Products - Every Working Day From 8:30 A.M. To 6:00 P.M.; • An Unlimited Number Of Requests For Solving Problems (Cases) To Ibm, In Case Of Need When Escalating A Problem; • Service Is Provided Through A Single Entry Point (Help Desk) For All Technical Problems. Access To The Single Entry Point Is Via Telephone, Fax And E-Mail; • Service Is Performed By Certified Specialists With Working Language - Bulgarian; • The Response Time Is Up To Two Hours After Receipt Of The Request At The Single Entry Point For Service. Providing Consultations And Performing On-Site Service Activities At The Request Of Nsi, Up To 25 Man-Hours For The Installed Ibm Spss Licenses In Nsi As: • The Response Time Of The Request Is Up To Four Hours After Receipt And At The Single Entry Point For Service; • Consultations Are Carried Out By Certified Qualified Specialists In The Bulgarian Language. 1. Performance Guarantee: Before Concluding The Contract, The Participant Designated As The Executor Shall Submit A Performance Guarantee In The Amount Of 10% (Ten Percent) Of The Value Of The Contract Excluding Vat. 2. The Guarantee Is Provided In One Of The Following Forms: - A Sum Of Money; - Bank Guarantee; - Insurance That Ensures Performance Through Contractor Liability Coverage. The Guarantee Can Be Provided On Behalf Of The Contractor At The Expense Of A Third Party - Guarantor. The Participant Designated As An Executor Chooses The Form Of The Guarantee Himself. The Bank Costs For The Opening Of The Guarantees Under The Contracts Are For The Account Of The Appointed Contractor. The Contractor Shall Provide For And Pay The Necessary Security Opening And Servicing Fees So That The Amount Of The Security Shall Not Be Less Than That Specified In This Bid Documentation. 3. When The Selected Executor Is An Association That Is Not A Legal Entity, Each Of Its Partners May Be The Orderer Of The Bank Guarantee, Respectively The Depositor Of The Amount Under The Guarantee Or The Holder Of The Insurance. 4. The Conditions And Terms For Retention Or Release Of The Performance Guarantee Are Regulated In The Contract For Public Procurement, And The Contracting Authority Does Not Owe Interest For The Time During Which The Funds Legally Remained With Him. 5.
