The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Village Community Center In Kozłów Along With External And Internal Technical Infrastructure, Road Infrastructure And Development Of The Area Adjacent To The Above-Mentioned. Facility In Kozłów. 2. The Scope Of Work Will Include, Among Others:• Construction Of A Community Center Building;• Construction Of An Outbuilding;• Hardening Of The Area;• Installation Of A Fence With A Gate And A Motorized Gate;• Installation Of Lanterns;• Construction Of Sanitary Installations;• Construction Of Electrical Installations;• Sowing Grass, Developing The Area With Greenery;• Installation Of A Play Set.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Design Documentation. 4. The Auxiliary Bill Of Quantities Is Included In Annex No. 2A To Swz.5.The Contractors Remuneration Will Be A Lump Sum.6.The Planned Investment Will Be Accessible To The Needs Of People With Disabilities In Accordance With Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Planned Community Center Building Will Be Intended For Use By Disabled People, Including: Through:• Access To The Main Entrance Of The Building With Hardened Concrete Cubes;• Parking Space For People With Disabilities;• Entry From The Planned Hardening Of The Area Directly To The Building;• In The Building, A Male Toilet Adapted For Use By Disabled People With Appropriate Maneuvering Space;• Washbasin And Toilet Bowl For People With Disabilities;• External Doors To The Building And Internal Doors 0.9 M Wide And 2.0 M High Within The Frame.7.The Project Is Planned To Be Co-Financed Under The Lsr Implementation Component Of The Intervention I.13.1 Leader/Community-Led Local Development (Clld) Of The Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027 Through The Local Action Group Of The Municipalities Of Świeckie County. The Above Cost Estimate Will Indicate The Method Of Calculating The Offer Price Divided Into Industries And The Material Scope Of The Order, Detailing The Price-Generating Components Used In The Offer Cost Estimate (R-G Rate In Pln; Kp - Indirect Costs From R And S; Z Calculated From R + S; Materials Together With Purchase Costs Should Be Included In The Unit Price Of The Material).10.
