1 The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Services For Winter Maintenance Of District Roads (Streets) In The Intervention System In The Koneck County In The Winter Season 2026/2027 (Order Divided Into 11 Parts) Part 1 - Means Of Transport (Carrier) For The P1-J Gritter, Loading Capacity 4.5 M³ And A One-Sided Plow . The Carrier For This Type Of Sand Spreader And Blade Plow Can Be A Means Of Transport With A Load Capacity Of At Least 12 Mg And With Two Drive Axles. The Contractor Providing Services With Such Means Of Transport Will Be Obliged To Install The Sandblaster In A Way That Ensures Safe Operation And Transport By Means Of Transport. The Headstock With The Plow, After Previously Dismantling The Bumper, Will Be Attached To The Supporting Frame Of The Means Of Transport (Plowshare Carrier) And Must Be Loaded To Meet The Requirement Specified Above (Total Weight). If Weather Conditions Are Favorable And There Is No Need To Clear Snow Or Mitigate The Effects Of Slippery Road Surfaces, The Ordering Party May Temporarily Suspend The Obligation To Provide Services. - For The Period Of Temporary Suspension Of The Obligation To Provide Services, The Contractor Will Not Receive Any Remuneration From The Ordering Party. 2.5 The Contractor Providing Winter Road Maintenance Services In The Emergency System Must Be Prepared To: - Provide Services From 3:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. On All Days Of The Week, Including Public Holidays, Sundays And Holidays. - Provide Services Throughout The 24 Hours A Day - In The Event Of Heavy Snowfall, Blowing Snow Causing The Formation Of Snowdrifts, Constituting An Impediment To Road Traffic. - Contractors Providing Services By Means Of Transport, Ordering For A Period For The Provision Of Services Will Provide Free Of Charge Its Plows And Sand Spreaders, Which The Contractors Will Mount On Their Own, Under The Supervision Of An Employee Of The Road District, To Means Of Transport In A Way That Allows For The Safe Performance Of The Services. The Installation Of Plows And Sand Spreaders Must Be Performed Under The Supervision Of An Employee Of The Końskie Road District. The Contractor Will Be Fully Responsible For The Use And Maintenance Of The Donated Equipment (Sand Spreader, Plow) And Will Be Obliged To Return The Equipment After The End Of The Winter Campaign In A Conditi
