1. The Subject Of The Task Is To Deliver A Brand New, Unused, Complete Bus, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities.2.The Scope Of The Task Includes: A.Delivery Of A Bus Adapted To Transport Disabled People - Number Of Seats: B. 18 Seats (17 + 1 Driver); C.Providing The Necessary Technical Description And Operating Manual (In Polish), D.Providing The Necessary Documentation To Register The Vehicle, E.Training (No Later Than On The Day Of Collection) In The Operation Of The Vehicle Of The Ordering Partys Employee In The Scope Of The Principles Of Use, Operation, Maintenance And Operation Of The Delivered Subject Of The Contract. F.The Detailed Scope Of Delivery Is Described In Annex 4 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).
