The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas, Group E, According To Tariff Groups W-1.2, W-2.2 And W-5.1, And The Provision Of Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement), To The Ordering Partys Facilities Specified In Terms Of Location, Collection Points And Forecasted Consumption Of Gas Fuel In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Agreement, The Template Of Which Is Annex No. 8 To The Swz.2.At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Explains That The Projected Natural Gas Consumption, Amounting To 762,040 Kwh, Was Estimated On The Basis Of Historical Natural Gas Consumption For A Period Of 48 Months. This Period Has Been Included In Annex No. 1 (List Of Collection Points And Projected Consumption Of Gas Fuel) And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Price Form) In Order To Compare The Submitted Offers.3.Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of The Contract, The Draft Of Which Is Annex No. 8 To The Swz And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended), The Civil Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 795, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Based On Them.4.The Ordering Party Provides A Declaration On Tariff Protection, Which Constitutes Annex No. 9 To Swz.5.If, Pursuant To An Act Of Generally Applicable Law, A Maximum Price For Gas Fuels Or A Maximum Rate Of Any Fees Related To The Implementation Of The Agreement, Including Fees For The Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services, Applies During The Period Of Execution Of The Agreement, Then Price And Fee Rates Not Higher Than The Maximum Price Rates And Fees Shall Apply In The Settlements For This Period. This Provision Applies Directly, I.E. Without The Need To Change The Contract In The Form Of A Written Annex.
