Winter Maintenance On Roads, Streets, Pedestrian Routes, Sidewalks, Squares, Bus Stops And Other Properties Of The Chociwel Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance On Roads, Streets, Pedestrian Routes, Sidewalks, Squares, Bus Stops And Other Properties Of The Chociwel Commune In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Application To Initiate A Public Procurement Procedure. Winter Maintenance Services Will Consist In: A) Clearing Snow And Slush, B) Removing Winter Slipperiness By Sprinkling A Sand-Salt Mixture, C) Eliminating Black Ice And Slush As Well As Other Winter Slipperiness Phenomena, D) Ensuring Road Passability, E) Ensuring The Contractors Own Constant Repair And Renovation Services For Machines And Means Of Transport Used In The Implementation Of This Contract, F) Providing Materials (Sand-Slush Mixture) Salt), Technical Means And Equipment Necessary For The Implementation Of This Agreement, G) Monitoring The Condition Of Road Maintenance And Documentation Of Winter Road Maintenance. Activities Under The Performance Of This Agreement Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The 2Nd Winter Road Maintenance Standard. The Permissible Time For Removing The Effects Of Winter According To The 2Nd Winter Road Maintenance Standard Is: A) After The Snowfall Stops: - Loose Snow - Up To 4 Hours, - Slush - Up To 6 Hours, - A Layer Of Accumulated Snow Should Not Be Allowed To Appear. B) From The Occurrence Of Winter Slipperiness: - Black Ice - Up To 3 Hours, - Frost - Up To 3 Hours, - Rime - Up To 3 Hours, - Snow Slipperiness - Up To 4 Hours, - Ice - Up To 4 Hours. The Place Of Removal Of Snow Will Be The Area Belonging To The Commune And Indicated By It.
