The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Winter Season 2026/2027 In The Field Of Winter Road Maintenance, I.E. Aimed At Reducing Or Limiting Disruptions In Road Traffic Caused By Atmospheric Factors Such As Winter Slipperiness And Snowfall In District No. I - Zabrzeż-Czerniec In The Łącko Commune. Roads With A Total Length Of 11.60 Km Are Planned For Winter Maintenance. List Of Roads Subject To Winter Maintenance And The Required Minimum Road Maintenance Standards In Perimeter Is Indicated In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Provide Services Only In Cases Of Weather Phenomena Requiring The Use Of Snow Removal Equipment Or Materials To Combat Slipperiness, I.E. Snowfall, Slipperiness. The Contractor Will Provide Services Using Equipment At Its Disposal And Its Own Materials To Eliminate Slipperiness, I.E. Sand, Sodium Chloride (Nacl), Natural Aggregate, Etc. The Materials Must Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares Of October 27, 2005 (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960). The Ordering Party Recommends That Contractors Inspect The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Order Before Submitting Their Offer. The Description Of The Condition Of Road Maintenance For The Adopted Standards Is Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Method Of Providing Services (Activities To Be Performed As Part Of The Services Provided) Is Specified In The Technical Specification For Winter Road Maintenance (Zud) Constituting Annex No. 9 To This Specification. After Completing The Works Related To Winter Road Maintenance, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Tidy Up The Sides Of Municipal Roads.
