The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Equipment For Conservation And Care Work In The Historic Park In Piotrowice - Including The Delivery Of Equipment Listed In Annexes No. 8A And No. 8B To The Swz - Price Calculation Sheet And In Annexes No. 9A And 9B - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Part No. 1: Delivery Of A Tractor With Accessories, Which Includes The Delivery Of A Tractor, Agricultural Trailer, Sweeper And Head Scissor Lift, 1. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Delivery Of The Ordered Equipment (Transport And Unloading, To The Address: Strzyżewice Commune Office, Strzyżewice 109, 23-107 Strzyżewice, With Its Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. Transport And Unloading. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is Brand New, Unused, And Has The Required Parameters Specified In Price Calculation Sheet, Was In An Undamaged, Technically Functional Condition, Complete And Ready For Use And Met The Standards Required By Polish Law And Was Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects. The Equipment Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals Allowing For Sale And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.3. The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party About It, Indicating The Dates And Expected Times Of Delivery And Installation Of The Equipment.4 On Business Days, I.E. Monday - Friday, At Hours Agreed Each Time With The Ordering Partys Representative.5. The Contract Also Covers All Tests Of The Delivered Items Of The Contract To The Extent Necessary To Assess Their Proper Functioning, Including Connection And Commissioning (If Applicable).6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For The Submission Of Variant Offers The Possibility Of Applying For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Article 94 Of The Public Procurement Law. 11. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Procedure Personal Performance Of Key Tasks By The Contractor.13. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Concluding A Framework Agreement.14. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Selection Of The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction.
