The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment And Sports Goods For Units Supplied By The 34Th Wog Rzeszów (Order Divided Into 8 Parts)2.The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 8 (Eight) Parts: 1) Lot No. 1: Delivery Of Clothing; 3.The Detailed Quantitative Specification Is Set Out In: 1) Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Regarding Part No. 1;This Attachment Is Also A Form For Calculating The Offer Price And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At The Unit Prices Indicated In The Offer Price Calculation Form Referred To In Section 3.5.The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Brand New, Without Physical And Legal Defects, Equipped With The Original Manufacturers Marking And In Packaging Protecting Against Quantitative And Qualitative Changes. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Using His Own Transport. Delivery Costs, In Particular Loading And Unloading Of The Goods, Are Borne By The Contractor. Until The Ordering Party Receives The Subject Of The Order, The Risk Of Any Dangers Related To Possible Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Order Is Borne By The Contractor.7. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Are Also An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz).8.In Order To Enable The Ordering Party To Clearly Identify The Offered Products And Verify Their Compliance With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Bid Price Calculation Form (Appendix No. 1A To The Swz), For Each Product Offered: 1) Name Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Product (Column 10); 2) Model, Symbol, Catalog Number (Manufacturers Code) Or Other Identification Data Of The Offered Product, To The Extent Necessary To Clearly Identify It (Column 11).
