The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 22 Pieces Of Brand New, Low-Floor City Buses To Operate A Uniform Unified Transport System, Including: 8 Pieces Of The Mini Class With A Maximum Length Of 9,000 Mm And 14 Maxi Class Units With A Maximum Length Of 11,000 Mm, Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities, Powered By Hvo 100 Synthetic Diesel Oil For Andrychowski Zakład Komunikacyjny Sp. Z O. O. In Andrychów Under The Conditions Specified In The Swz And In The Annexes Constituting Its Integral Part. The Ordering Party Allows The Offered Buses In Each Of The Bus Classes, I.E. Mini And Maxi, To Be Of One Brand Or Different Brands Of Buses In The Mini And Maxi Classes, Provided That All Buses Within A Given Class Must Come From One Manufacturer, Be Of The Same Brand And Type, Have Identical Construction, Equipment, Equipment And Drive System. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Requires That All Buses Offered, Both In The Mini And Maxi Classes, Be Equipped With A Uniform Passenger Information System (Sip) And A Uniform Monitoring System, Ensuring The Same Functionalities And Technical Standard Regardless Of The Bus Class. The Purchase Is Financed As Part Of The Project Acquisition Of A New Low-Emission Bus Fleet For The Expansion Of The Local Public Transport System Of The Andrychów Commune Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Measure 03.02 Urban Transport, Project Number: Femp.03.02-Iz.00-0238/24. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) - Together With Annexes 1, 2 And 3 To The Opz, The Further Part Of The Swz And The Annexes That Are Its Integral Part. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.
