This Tender Relates To Sale Of The Communal Kitchen With Supply Contracts, And Is Carried Out By Lolland Municipality On Behalf Of: Region Sjælland, Guldborgsund Municipality And Lolland Municipality. The Three Public Providers Will In Future Be Collectively Referred To As The Owners. The Private Participants In The Tender Will Be Referred To As The Offeror Or The Supplier. The Owners Have Politically Adopted A Sale Of Fælleskøkkennet, Granitvej 1, 4990 Sakskøbing. The Buyer Of Fælleskøkkenet Takes Over The Future Food Deliveries To The Owners On Three Individual Contracts. Fælleskøkkenet Is Today Run As An I/S With The Region And Both Municipalities As Owners. The Community Kitchen Is To Be Owned And Run By A Private Actor In The Future. The Community Kitchen Is Organized As An Independent Unit With An Acting Director And 74 Full-Time Equivalents Distributed Among 90 Employees. All Employees Are Offered The Transfer Of Business In Connection With The Sale Of Fælleskøkkenet. All Interested And Qualified Financial Actors Are Invited To Participate In The Process.
